2004 Charity

Dear Friends:

The Lawrence St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee is working on the 17th annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade and our associated fund raising campaign. Over the past sixteen years, through special events and your contributions the Committee has provided more than $238,000.00 to children’s charities in our area. Now, the time has come for us to work together again as we build a strong future for another great organization. Our belief is that charity begins at home with a commitment to our own community.

The St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee is honored to announce that the Crown Casting Club will be the recipient of our fund raising proceeds this year. This is a local program open to all and currently serves well over one hundred children in our area. The purpose of this organization is to provide opportunities for young people to learn about a wholesome sport through family participation, fun-filled activities, and recreation.

We in the committee want you to join with us in helping this deserving organization meet the needs of children and families in and around Lawrence. Your contribution does make a difference. As always, The Lawrence St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee is a non-profit organization and your contributions are tax deductible.

We wish to thank you, the many members of our community, for your support and contributions throughout the years. Without the support of the community, the work we do would not be possible. Thank you again and we hope we can count on you to continue to be as generous in the future.
