Our Auction Rules

All winning bids are final. There will be no exchange or refund on items.

No additional bids may be placed once the Auction is declared closed.

The highest qualifying bid (i.e., complies with the established auction rules) wins the item.

All payments must be completed by March 9, 2024, unless other arrangements have been made by The Lawrence St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee treasurer.

Please carefully check your items at pick-up and/or delivery and notify an Auction volunteer if there are any concerns.

The Lawrence St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee is not responsible for replacing gift certificates lost or damaged after pick up or delivery.

Limits may apply: Gift cards or certificates may be subject to availability and "black-out" dates.

The Lawrence St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee is under no obligation to extend, modify, or change items or restrictions on item certificates. Please pay careful attention to all conditions, restrictions, and expiration dates on items and services.

Dates for all trips and similar events must be mutually arranged with the donor.

Age restrictions may apply on certain items such as alcoholic beverages or gift cards for wine tastings. A valid ID will be necessary to purchase items with age restrictions.

All gift card usage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Lawrence St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee has endeavored to catalog and describe the auction items correctly, but all items are sold "as is."

No statements contained on the website or elsewhere shall be deemed a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.

The Lawrence St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee reserves the right to withdraw any item from sale. Items may be added or withdrawn, without notice.

Pickup for Online Silent Auction items, unless specified otherwise on the item, is Saturday, March 9, from 9-2pm or Monday, March 11, 8-5pm at Scott Temperature on 1815 Bullene Avenue or by appointment Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, by contacting Sarajane Scott at (785) 550-0077.

All Live and Silent Items can be picked up at Maceli's at the end of the Auction on Friday, March 8.
